Injury Management
Injuries that occur in the workplace can be dealt with promptly and efficiently at KWMC. Our fully equipped three-bed treatment room is well stocked to deal with most acute injuries on site. We have a registered nurse in attendance at all times.
Staff in our treatment room can suture cuts and wounds, stabilise fractures and deal with eye injuries.
Injured workers will be encouraged to resume their place in the workforce as soon as is feasible. Graded return to work programs are encouraged, for those requiring this approach.
