Fees & Billing
As KWMC is a private billing practice, a fee is payable on all consultations and procedures.
We have endeavoured to keep our fees affordable to ensure all patients have access to essential health care. All of our fees are below the recommended fees set by the Australian Medical Association.
Considerable discounts are made available to Pension and Health Care Card holders and these cards must be presented at the visit for a discount to apply.
Bulk billing is available for children under 16 years of age (except Saturdays) who have a current Medicare card. Please check when phoning for an appointment.

Our helpful staff will lodge your claim directly with Medicare.
Your rebate is paid into your bank account within 2 working days, usually sooner, saving you a trip to Medicare and the hassle of filling in forms.
To receive your rebate just do this:
Provide Medicare Australia with the bank account details that you'd like your rebate paid into.
How do I register my bank account details with Medicare Australia?:
Just complete the Bank Account Details Collection Form, available at our reception desk.
If you have privacy concerns you can deliver or post this form to Medicare yourself.

Remember to have your Medicare card and bank account details:
